At Fayore, every order is treated with the same dedication and care as our intricately embroidered garments. From our atelier to your doorstep, we work with premium couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and beautifully.
Processing Time
Ready-to-wear: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.
Made-to-order / Pre-order: Additional production time applies and will be clearly stated at checkout or by email.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
Domestic (within your country): Delivered within up to 7 business days after dispatch.
International: Delivered within up to 14 business days (2 weeks) after dispatch, depending on customs clearance and courier routes.
All orders are trackable via premium partners (DHL / FedEx / UPS or equivalent).
Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight/size.
Complimentary shipping may apply during select promotions or thresholds.
Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and vary by country.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Packaging & Care
Every Fayore garment is packed in signature protective packaging to preserve the embroidery, fabric, and finishing during transit.
Delivery Issues (Lost / Damaged / Delayed)
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at Contactfayorebyfb@gmail.com. We will coordinate with the courier and keep you informed until resolved.
Address Changes & Failed Deliveries
Once dispatched, shipping addresses cannot be modified.
For returned parcels due to incorrect/undeliverable addresses or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping fees may apply.
