At Fayore, every piece is crafted with precision, artistry, and hours of handwork. Because our garments feature intricate embroidery and fine detailing, we take great care to ensure they meet the highest standards of luxury.
Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Due to the delicate nature of our embroidered pieces, garments showing signs of wear, alteration, fragrance, stains, or damage cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, made-to-measure pieces, and limited-edition couture are final sale.
Sale or promotional items are non-returnable.
Exchanges
We offer size or style exchanges where stock permits.
Each request is subject to inspection before approval.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 10–15 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank.
Quality Assurance
Every garment passes through multiple levels of quality control before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately with photos, and our team will arrange a replacement or refund.
